About

Hello! Here’s a bit about me…

I’m Fee (if you hadn’t already guessed), and I’m currently studying Sport and Exercise Psychology at Loughborough University. Also a former professional badminton player, where I represented England from aged 12-21, and spent 2 years (18-20) in Malaysia and Indonesia to train and compete. I love to read and learn new things, I’m super introspective, and I have a big passion for mental well-being and believe that the state of your mind determines the quality of every other aspect of your life – including your overall happiness, career, productivity, and relationships. In other words, your inner reality truly reflects onto your outer reality – in a multitude of different ways.

So you can expect some (many) food for thoughts around that… and i’ll also dabble into bits around lifestyle, productivity, culture, and book reviews, as well as some lessons I’ve learnt from being a former professional athlete. I’m by no means an expert, but I love to write and am fascinated by how the human mind works, so I’m really just sharing my thoughts on what I have learnt along the way. Lastly, I would love to chat and get to know you too – so head over to Contact or find me below to say hi ☺️
